T.A.G.G (Toronto Area Greyhound Group) is dedicated to promoting the adoption of retired racing greyhounds. We provide pre/post adoption support to greyhounds. We do not represent any specific adoption group. We represent all Greyhound groups serving Ontario
We organize meet & greets in order to introduce the public to these wonderful, but often misunderstood dogs. We organize greyhound play dates so the dogs have an opportunity to be around other grey's & to exercise.
Greyhounds are not typical dogs & play differently than others breeds. They do not like rough-housing type play but rather prefer jumping, spinning and dancing with each other. They are known as 40mph couch potatoes & have very sensitive natures. They love to be around other greyhounds.
Our purpose is to share our passion for these truly special dogs, to educate & support those wanting to add a greyt dog to their family & help get them into qualified, caring & loving homes.
